This roof was failing down to the decking — rotted boards, damaged rafters,
and worn-out shingles letting the weather in. We tore the old roof completely off, replaced the
bad decking with fresh plywood sheathing, and laid down new underlayment and shingles for a
clean, weather-tight roof built to protect the home for decades.

the structure as it went vertical — from the roof system framed over a lakefront view,
to the full exterior sheathed and wrapped tight against the weather. Solid framing is the backbone of
everything that comes after it, and this home was built square, level, and made to last.

This backyard patio had a tree stump growing up underneath it, buckling the deck
and splitting the boards apart. We tore the old structure down to the ground, removed the stump,
and set new support posts on solid footing — then framed and rebuilt the entire deck from
scratch. The result is a level, sturdy patio built to last for years to come.
